Hi, I’m Mimi. For a long time, I lived entirely in my head. I was disconnected from my body, constantly overriding my nervous system.
During My journey into breathwork and somatic healing, I discovered how inherently intelligent our bodies are. When we stop trying to fix ourselves and instead learn how to listen, we uncover an innate capacity to heal, evolve, and thrive.
